Hotel Cortese - Palermo

A Balaro piac mellett fekszik, ezért elég zajos, de valóban élmény a környék. Éjjel ajánlott kísérettel megközelíteni, mert kicsit veszélyesnek tűnik, bár rosszat nem tapasztaltunk. A szobák jók, a közös fürdőszoba is elfogadható.

Perfect relation between price and quality, very welcoming and helpful stuff (including a nice rabbit). Clean, air-conditioned rooms, elevator, sensors of movement in the corridor (very confortable if you come late in the evening with your luggage)!!! You stay in the right centre of the city, all animated at night.

The location is excellent if one wants to visit palermo well.. It's right in the middle. The hotel's staff was very welcoming and friendly... Rooms clean and nice... We were with a bike, and the receptionist let us put it in a garage for no extra charge during our stay.. He was very nice... I highly recommend this hotel..

The Hotel is located at the heart of the historical part of the city. It is very clean, the room is small but has all the things one needs to be comfortable, nice furniture and new matresses. The neighborhood seems a little strange at the begiining, but if you walk around you willl find places with the authentic flavor of Palermo. At night, just at the corner of the hotel, there is a woenderful place in the streets where you can have drinks and finger food and meet lots of people. Pirce/qualtity relation is great. Recomendable.

Only once, I had problems with the temperature of the water in the bath. I waited for 5 minutes and the water started to be warm again.

It is in the center of Palermo and has possibility of a secure car parking. The staff are very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel was very well located and the breakfast was decent. The family- run hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and we also liked the friendliness of the staff. The parking space was simple but very convenient, as it was off the street in a secured and gated lot, a few blocks from the hotel.

Even though the room was quite small it was really clean. The hotel is located in a central location close to all important buildings.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old part of Palermo. There are a maze of narrow streets and it can be tricky to find, but it is worth the effort. Just behind the hotel are the daily markets which at nighttime are the bars and restaurants for the university crowd. This area is not for everyone but suited us down to the ground. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you enjoy your stay in Palermo. We always felt safe in the hotel - don't be put off by the unkempt appearance of the streets in the area.

the area of this hotel is very rundown,i made sure i was in my room before dark as i did not want to take any chances,i would advise any travellers to avoid this hotel.

The location is close to many popular tourist destinations, personnel was quite helpful.

Not all the staff spoke English, the location doesn't seem to be really safe at night, noisy area.

I liked the location near Ballaro Market and our balcony which faced the market where you could see the daily activity there. I also felt the hotel personnel was extremely gracious, welcoming and accommodating.

A clean friendly budget hotel centrally situated for the sights of Palermo. Staff recommended local restaurant and directions to bus stops etc., as well as organising airport transport. Highly recommended.
